Chef Sabina enjoys cooking and eating good food. She studied Culinary Arts and Classical Cuisine at Gros Bonnet, Travel Institute of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii where she graduated in 2006. Wanting to own her own business and not work in a commercial atmosphere, she pursued and completed the Professional Personal Chef Training Program with the Culinary Business Academy in 2008 and became a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
Sabina became the Chef/Owner of Brown Bag Gourmet and Sabina’s Personal Chef Services LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii and enjoyed serving the families and visitors to the islands with Personal Chef Services for 6 successful years.
Desiring a change of location, Chef Sabina closed her business in Honolulu and she and her husband relocated to Eugene, Oregon. In 2016, inspired by the delicious ingredients and local faire of the fertile Willamette Valley and Pacific Northwest, Chef Sabina started her new personal chef business as Chef/Owner of Sweet Thyme Personal Chef, LLC.
